The Staff Workload Module is a procedure for allocating tasks to employees and tracking their usage over time. In addition to ensuring that the work is completed within the allocated time frame, the objective is to maintain a healthy balance in terms of the amount of work that each team member must complete.
Without workload management, you only become aware of the risk when it’s too late to stop the effects from occurring, which is typically when employees submit their resignations or when a project’s development is substantially hampered. Monitoring workload enables you to identify problematic trends and areas earlier, providing you the opportunity to address problems before they become more serious.
