The PHP laravel framework includes a secure online payment processing solution called PayEscrow. This is a contract where a third party temporarily holds back substantial amounts of cash or property until a specific condition is met (for example, the fulfillment of a sales contract).
It is primarily applied when purchasing stock in a corporation. Funds are deposited, an account separate from the mortgage account, to cover certain mortgage-related circumstances. Escrow funds must be accurately recorded, and the PayEscrow administrator is in charge of making sure they are spent as planned.
