With Payment Reminder, you can set up rules to automatically send out emails to clients who have cancelled orders, follow-up emails asking for reviews, and reminders for pending payments.
After initial setup, which involves enabling reminders, choosing the interval day, and setting a reminder limit, email will be sent automatically. For every order, you can also manually send an email.
