Communities using BuddyPress gain badge capabilities thanks to the BuddyPress User Badges plugin. With the help of this plugin, you can make as many unique badges as you like and award them to users.

The BuddyPress member list and the profile page both display the badges, which can be assigned manually or automatically.

The BuddyBoss Platform must be installed and activated on your website for the integration to function.

The BuddyPress plugin and the bbPress plugin were forked to create the BuddyBoss Platform. The BuddyBoss Platform supports any plugin created for the BuddyPress and bbPress plugins.

Neither the BuddyPress plugin nor the bbPress plugin has to be installed independently. Both of the plugins are replaced by BuddyBoss Platform.
