Fluky is a WebRTC-only application for random video chat that has its own signaling server created with NodeJS and Socket.io. Hence, you can host your own arbitrary video chat app using the system without using any third-party services or APIs! It includes a potent Laravel-written admin panel.
Fluky chooses a different person at random and lets users converse privately. Users can filter other users by gender and country and choose between text and video chat.
